California Goldenrod (Solidago californica, Asteraceae family) grows freely on the ranch land where I harvest it, covered in bumblebees and other pollinators - but don't worry! I only take a little. There are so many plants, that there is enough to spare. For this product, the flower sprigs were hand-picked and dried with some stems and leaves, but consists of mostly flowers. The flowers and leaves have a summery anise scent, and make a delicious tea.

Common uses of this product include:
- Teas and tinctures of Goldenrod leaves and flowers have been used for a diuretic, kidney stones, bladder infections, and upper respiratory issues, such as allergies, flu, and colds.
- Oils or salves of the flowers have been used for aches, pains, or an all purpose minor injury treatment (scrapes, chapped lips, scratches). It has also been known to treat gum disease and mouth inflammations, due to its astringency from tannins and anti-inflammatory qualities.
- Metaphysical Correspondences: Venus, the element of Air, Yin Energy, beauty, challenges, divination, loss, luck, the mind, money, prosperity, stimulation, and wealth.
